Early listeners have been floored by singer-songwriter Genevieve Stokes’ amorphous drifts between brooding piano ballads and crisp modernity. At only 18 years old, she has been composing gut-wrenching songs decades beyond her years, waiting for the right moment to unveil her stories of loneliness and heartache to the world. Finally, that moment has arrived. In the summer of 2019, the Portland, Maine native released the first two songs from her debut EP - “Simple Love” and “Morning Dove”. The forthcoming EP, a bold collection of songs conceived initially as part of a senior year project, marks the kick-off of a fresh and triumphant new force in music.

JacobShot-53.jpg

20-year-old Jacob Eisenach began recording as eisenach in the spring of 2019. Eisenach’s upbringing in Berlin led to an early start to his music career, as he grew up busking in the city and playing at bars with his indie band, Cardboard Hearts. His move to California prompted more songwriting, and culminated in his upbeat, optimistic debut EP, “Transitory Places,” which he created in his freshman dorm room. In addition to the dorm setting, influences from indie rock and bedroom pop led to friends dubbing eisenach’s music DORMPOP. In the Spring of 2020, after leaving college for his Uncle’s basement in Colorado, he recorded and produced his second EP “Thoughts in Motion”. It’s a quarantine project - but full of themes reflecting on campus life.
