Shipping Policy

Products are made to order, and are first shipped to KITA headquarters, then packaged and sent out to our customers via the U.S. Postal Service. For this reason, our shipping can take up to a month. Please note that our manufacturers are experiencing severe backlogs of orders due to COVID-19.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the fact that each product is made to order, there are no returns, exchanges, or refunds for any of our merchandise. We apologize for the inconvenience.
